All cigar sales are final. Once cigars leave our humidor, we can’t confirm how they were stored, so we can’t take them back.
If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or missing an item, call us at (817) 507-3640 or email donwigginslaw@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace it or refund it, your choice.
See our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.
Every order ships sealed with a humidity pack to keep your cigars in smoking condition on the way to you.
During extreme heat or cold, we may hold your order for a few days to protect your cigars, and we’ll email you if we do.
When your cigars arrive, let them rest in your humidor at 65 to 70 percent humidity for a few days before smoking. They’ve had a long trip. No humidor? Keep them sealed in their bag with the humidity pack, out of direct sun, and smoke them within a couple of weeks.
