Age Verification & Responsible Sales Policy

You have to be 21 to be down here. Federal law sets 21 as the minimum age to buy any tobacco product, cigars included, and we check every buyer.
How we verify age
- At the door: every visitor to the site confirms they are 21 or older before entering.
- At checkout: we verify your name, address, and date of birth through AgeChecker.net. If we cannot verify you automatically, we may ask for a photo of a valid government-issued ID before your order ships.
- At delivery: every tobacco shipment requires an adult signature, and the carrier may check ID.
- In the shop and lounge: we check ID for anyone who looks under 40, every time.
Orders we will not fill
- Orders from anyone under 21, or that fail verification
- Orders shipping to a different person who has not been verified
- Orders that appear intended for resale
- Orders to addresses where tobacco delivery is not allowed
We cancel and refund these orders in full.
