Underground Cigar Shop & Lounge ("Underground," "we," "us") is operated by Wiggins Group, LLC in Fort Worth, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit undergroundcigars.com, buy from us, or visit the lounge, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, date of birth, and order details when you create an account, check out, reserve a humidor locker, sign up for emails, or contact us.
  • Age verification information: to confirm you are 21 or older, we or our verification partner AgeChecker.net may check your name, address, and date of birth against public records. We may ask for a photo of a government ID if that check fails. We use this only to verify age and keep records the law requires.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Automatic information: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and similar data collected through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it

  • Process and ship orders, and confirm adult signature delivery
  • Verify age and comply with federal, state, and local tobacco laws
  • Manage humidor locker leases
  • Send order updates, and marketing emails if you opt in
  • Prevent fraud and keep the site secure

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the shop, including Shopify (our store platform), our payment processor, shipping carriers, our age verification partner, and Shopify Email, our email marketing provider.
