Humidor Locker Lease Terms

A humidor locker lease is $225 for six months or $350 for 12 months and includes a key and a custom-engraved name plaque. Lockers are available first come, first served.

What you get

  • A private locker inside our walk-in humidor for six or 12 months from your start date
  • One key and a custom engraved name plaque on your locker
  • Access to your locker during regular shop hours

Eligibility

Lessees must be 21 or older and show a valid photo ID when picking up their key.

Term and renewal

  • The lease runs for six or 12 months from the day you pick up your key.
  • We will remind you by email about 14 days before your lease ends. You can renew at the same rate: $225 for six months or $350 for 12 months.
  • If you do not renew, please empty your locker and return the key by the end date.

Use of the locker

  • Store cigars and personal items only. No illegal items, weapons, flammable fuels, food, or anything that could harm the humidor or other members' cigars.
  • Underground staff may open a locker for maintenance, humidity control, pest inspection, or if we believe it holds something prohibited. We will try to tell you first.
  • Lockers cannot be shared, sublet, or transferred without our permission.

Keys

One key is included. Replacing a lost key or changing the lock costs $5.

Care of your cigars

We keep the humidor at proper temperature and humidity. Cigars are natural products, and we are not responsible for changes in aging, flavor, or condition, or for issues like tobacco beetles. Our liability for any loss is limited to the amount you paid for your current lease. We recommend you not store items of high value.

End of lease and unclaimed items

If a lease ends without renewal and the locker is not emptied, we will contact you. Items left more than 30 days after the end date may be removed and stored, and after 60 days may be disposed of, as allowed by law.

Cancellations and refunds

Locker leases are non-refundable once the key is picked up.

Ending a lease for cause

We may end a lease without refund if these terms are broken or for conduct that is unsafe or disruptive in the shop or lounge.

Plaque

Your engraved plaque is yours to keep when your lease ends.
