1. Do I have to be 21 to visit or buy?
Yes. You must be 21 or older to enter the shop and lounge or purchase tobacco products online. We check ID in store, and adult signature may be required on delivery.

2. Can I smoke a cigar in the lounge?
Absolutely. Pick out a cigar from our walk-in humidor and enjoy it in the lounge. It’s a relaxed spot to unwind, catch up with friends, or meet other cigar lovers.

3. Can I bring my own cigars to the lounge?
We ask that guests purchase cigars from our shop to enjoy in the lounge.

5. What are humidor lockers?
Our humidor lockers are private, climate-controlled storage for your cigars or other valuables. Each locker is a six-month lease for $225 and includes a key and a custom engraved name plaque. Lockers are first come, first served, so reserve yours online while they’re available. 12-month leases are also available at $350.

6. What brands do you carry?
We focus on boutique cigars, including Espinosa, Rojas, Crowned Heads, Black Star Line, and more. Browse by brand on our Shop All page, or ask our team for a staff pick.

7. Do you ship cigars?
Yes, we ship to most states. All orders require age verification, and some states restrict tobacco shipping. See our Shipping Information for details.

8. Do you host events?
Yes. Check our Events calendar for what’s coming up this month. We are also open to opening our doors to be a venue for your event. Contact us to see what's possible.

9. Can you help me pick a cigar?
That’s what we’re here for. Tell us what you usually smoke, or what flavors and strength you like, and we’ll point you to something you’ll enjoy. Every product page also lists origin, wrapper, strength, and flavor notes to help you decide.

10. Do you sell accessories?
Yes. We carry cutters, lighters, ashtrays and humidors to go with your next smoke. Find them in person at the shop.
