These terms apply to your use of undergroundcigars.com and any purchase from Underground Cigar Shop & Lounge, operated by Wiggins Group, LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Age requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to enter this site or buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that the products are for your own personal use and not for resale. We verify the age of every buyer, and orders ship with an adult signature required on delivery.
Orders
- An order is accepted only when we ship it. Your order confirmation email is not an acceptance.
- We may cancel or refuse any order, including orders that fail age verification, ship to a location where we cannot legally deliver, appear fraudulent, or appear intended for resale.
- If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
Pricing, taxes, and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Cigars are produced in limited runs, so availability is not guaranteed until your order ships. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a refund. Your order total includes any sales tax and state tobacco taxes that apply to your shipping address.
Product descriptions
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Cigars are natural products, so wrapper color, size, and flavor can vary from what is shown.

Health warning
Cigar smoking can cause cancers of the mouth and throat, even if you do not inhale. Tobacco products are not safe alternatives to cigarettes. Use our products responsibly.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity on your account. Tell us right away at donwigginslaw@yahoo.com if you think your account has been misused.
Intellectual property
The site content, including our logo, photos, and text, belongs to Underground or its licensors. Cigar brand names and logos belong to their owners.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Underground is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Tarrant County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
